Founder & Creative Director
Brigid founded Workroom 28 years ago to guide clients in translating business strategy into creative engagement. Her unique approach #strategiccreativity gets results by putting brand at the heart of the business.
She loves to help organisations work out what they stand for, identify the opportunities that brings and then lead the creative team to develop it into meaningful and measurable culture change and customer involvement.
She has led many high profile and multi-award winning rebranding programmes; RB (Reckitt Benckiser); 3 x Balfour Beatty companies; The National Bingo Game; The Scout Association. Brigid also led the high profile rebranding of global beauty business Coty, after it acquired P&G’s Beauty business in 2016. She is currently working with Southern Dental on a large branding programme.
Prior to founding Workroom, she was a senior creative at Dewe Rogerson, The Partners and Fitch & Company.
Brigid publishes articles related to brand and communications, has been featured in Marketing magazine, The Times special interest supplement Raconteur and B2B Marketing and is invited to comment on branding issues.
She lives with her artist partner in Essex and has two boys, one a PHD chemistry grad at UCL and the other a qualified strength and conditioning coach and semi-pro footballer. She runs, skis and spends most weekends in the vegetable garden she created, growing more beans than anyone could actually eat.
