We’ve won another Award and it’s time to shout about it – our Balfour Beatty WorkPlace rebranding is the CorpComms winner!
Up against four other contenders for this prestigious Award (including Cable & Wireless), our work for Balfour Beatty WorkPlace (formerly Haden Building Management) had real standout and fantastic commercial results!
Faced with increased competition, Haden Building Management needed to completely overhaul its brand, visual language, marketing and communications to create competitive advantage and achieve its highly ambitious plans to grow turnover from £411 million to £1 billion within five years.
The new brand positioning ‘Freedom to perform’ and strapline of ‘We work. You excel.’ resonated with customers and employees, while a new visual identity represented all business areas with 670 bespoke silhouette illustrations showing the depth and breadth of Balfour Beatty WorkPlace’s service offering.
‘An excellent campaign across all categories,’ said the judges, who were highly impressed by Balfour Beatty WorkPlace’s 41% increase in revenue in the first year of implementation. The company’s tender conversion rate has also doubled from 25-50% as clients are receptive to its new high quality and witty personality. ‘Simple, clever and effective’ concluded the judges.
The Awards ceremony on Wednesday was held in the fabulous Art Deco Troxy theatre. We ate delicious food, drank plenty of champagne, mingled with great company and with Stephen K Amos presenting we laughed 'til our stomachs hurt.
