We've just launched the new Whitehall & Industry Group's (WIG) leadership programme brochures for the second year running.
These unique programmes run twice a year offering talented managers a stimulating cross-sector learning environment and giving senior leaders the chance to connect and explore strategic and operational leadership challenges through mixing and working closely with other industry leaders.
This year's approach is based on our first hand experience of attending some programme modules and the in-depth interviews we carried out to ensure we thoroughly understood the unique attributes and benefits of each programme. For the leaders programme we made good use of the graphic 'fizz' to represent the personal journey each delegate experiences through the course, to become an authentic and successful leader.
The Senior Leaders Programme brochure uses high profile leaders of industry to endorse this unique programme and to explain the fundamental difference it made to their careers.
