Consider the relevance and potential benefit to your business, carefully consider the tone of voice and subject matter – how can you use it to get the maximum out of the medium? What have you got to say that's of interest?
Social media can be a powerful way to connect with people and learn their opinions, but make sure you're ready to listen and to engage with them, otherwise what's the point?
